Artist Practicing Tricks

Born into a first-generation family acrobatic act, my father, two brothers, sister and myself –billed as “Al Morgan and His Toy Boys,” later to be called the “Al Morgan Family”, performed throughout New England, Canada and as far south as Tennessee. Starting in local bars, we graduated to nightclubs, carnivals/state fairs, corporations, dinner clubs, ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps), commercials for unicycles, and ended up on Don Amechi’s International Showtime. Fulfilling my father’s wish I remain that “Toy Boy” to this day!

“I have chosen to travel a path that allows me to go wherever the wind may blow. My images are the pebbles on this path...I merely ask one thing of them... SURPRISE ME!"

Thought and purpose stokes our desires. When these desires become all consuming the journey is planned. A 360 degree search narrows our point of departure and one’s visual wit is pursued. Perseverance will be demanded.

“Reducing everything to a dot and a line. I had finally come to reach - nothing - and at that point I was ready to begin - I looked and I looked."
